My engineering work began with CAD/CAM/CAE, machine vision, and robotics. It later included knowledge-based engineering, product design, manufacturing, electrified propulsion, and battery development.

Across those settings, I saw decisions written in one place continue through requirements, software, controls, and operating practice. The original meeting could end while the decision kept acting.

That experience shaped the question behind The Full Ledger: how do we keep consequences visible and responsibility within reach as our ability to act grows?

I wrote the book for readers who want to understand this change and take part in it. The questions matter wherever decisions shape systems and outcomes.
